Question

My router quit putting out wifi. So all lights are on as they should be. Firmware is up to date, 30-30-30 rest has be done, and there is an address from the modem. It just will not put out internet connection. Not sure what is wrong with it.

Try a 10 second press on the reset button in back then release. Setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser connected at 192.168.1.1&nbsp;

Problem is I don’t have a plug in desktop. I cannot do that type of set up. Everything is wifi.

I went through the new set up through the app and it has not internet connect, it’ll detect the router but won’t connect to the internet

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.&nbsp;

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed?Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:Turn off and unplug modem.Turn off router and computers.Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.Turn on computers and rest of network.
