Nighthawk App (formerly up)

I just downloaded the app on my smartphone and upon installation and setup it says my Nighthawk router is not compatible (R7500v2). What is the problem?

Here is the list of supported routers but we are constantly updating.

Yeah.. i have the same prob. the newer frimware update logs says it has support for new app but it doesnt.

Same problem here with 7500v2, nighthawk 2.2, and latest router firmware.

  This was a mistake in the firmware notes but support for this router is coming soon.

    Darren,
    Similar problem with the XR450 - all docs does claiming it's supported, however similar message. Disappointing.
