Nighthawk App (formerly up)
I just downloaded the app on my smartphone and upon installation and setup it says my Nighthawk router is not compatible (R7500v2).
What is the problem?
Here is the list of supported routers but we are constantly updating.

Same problem here with 7500v2, nighthawk 2.2, and latest router firmware.
This was a mistake in the firmware notes but support for this router is coming soon.

Similar problem with the XR450 - all docs does claiming it's supported, however similar message. Disappointing.The Nighthawk app on my iphone stats the XR450 is not supported.
I just purchased the XR450 on Saturday, installed and registed the device last night, and am not able to contact support. The GUI on a laptop is really nice, not so nice on the smartphone safari browswer, so I hope the app will be updated so I can use it on my mobile device.
Well u do have to use Netgear Genie app from the app store becuse R7500v2 doesn't support Nighthawk(Fromaly Up) app as of now. Netgear Genie app is available for ios,android and windows. thats what i use.
