Nighthawk app keeps telling me I have no connection

I can't even get logged into my router because it keeps saying "no internet connection" when I try to log in. Even though I am connected and can use every single device in my house..... and for some reason Routerlogin.com and routerlogin.net are redirecting me to https://www.netgear.com/home/services/routerlogincom/

    what modem/gateway is the router connected to? 

    Try these ip addresses:

    192.168.1.1

    10.0.0.1

     

    the first is the default and the 2nd is the default if theres an IP conflict/double nat on your network.

      It's the AP router on my network. 192.168.1.1 is my R7000 and I have the AP router R7000P with a static IP 192.168.1.2

        that'd be the router/access point. 

        what modem/gateway is the router connected to? 

        And are you able to access the router using its ip address?
