Nighthawk just stopped working
I have Win7, and using Exede satellite ISP. I purchased my router exactly 5 months ago, and today it just stopped working. Netgear genie says that it detects no router and no internet cable, and only 2 lights on the far right are on. I restarted my computer and modem but problem was not fixed. I plugged in my modem directly into the computer and have internet, so the problem is in the router. How do I try and get it back up or find out if it is truely dead?
Well, instead of just unplugging, I pushed the power button on/off, and now it is working again. So I guess I am now asking if this is usual for the R7000 nighthawk to have to be reset often?
My Nethawk is working now, next time I will try resetting it manually.

Hi Nefertari,
It should not have that kind of behavior. If it happens again, try pressing the reset button of the router and reconfigure it manually.
