NIghthawk R7000 as repeater/extender
Hello, We moved to a new house and we got a new router/modem from our internet/digital tv/phone provider. It is located in a small room where the electricity cabinet is. There are 4 utp ports...

What i did
As manual said
Cable out of wall into yellow internet gate
Cable from r7000 to tv receiver
Put r7000 is ap mode
Change 2.4 and 5ghz names to name of router from provider
Change both passwords to match
Everything works perfect. Got a bit larger wifi area now
