Nighthawk R7000 Factory Reset Itself - I lost my Guest Network and the new App is too basic/useless

What happened to my router?  This R7000 has been bullet-proof for years and now it's a mess.  I came in today to find it had factory reset itself.  All my Guest network settings were gone.  I tried to connect via ethernet with my laptop and routerlogin.net no longer works.  I can't access Netgear Genie to reconfigure it.  It had me download the piece of trash Nighthawk app that is so basic it is utterly useless.  Can someone help me gain access to the settings of the router so I can get it back up and running?  It would be appreciated!

I am on the newest firmware per the app - 1.0.11.106.

There is no button for the Guest network in the app, but it is in the online directions posted by Netgear.  I am at a loss as to why I don't have the option.  I do have the newest app version.

The rest of the components in the system should not matter.  All the same equipment was functioning with a guest network for years and now it will not.  I need to get into the settings to fix it.  PLEASE HELP!

To find more and detailed information, please log in to the routers web page at 192.168.1.1 using a PC and web browser.

You'll find guest network options there.
