Nighthawk R7000P

I'm hoping someone can help. We live in a mobile phone blackspot - no signal at all- and I've been trying for a very long time to work out how to use wifi calling. My phone (Samsung S20 FE) has the capability and my service provider provides the service, but no luck. Recently, I found info on the internet to the effect that the problem was with the router. As a result, I have disabled the Sip ALG and selected the 'open' setting as suggested online.

As a result, I had a very brief period of time (as in minutes) where I was able to check messages on my mobile phone, then the wifi calling notification

icon disappeared and I haven't been able to get it back. Until last night when it was randomly back again. However, after leaving my home wifi range, it was gone again.

Can anyone tell me what I have to do in order to get this feature to work properly?

TIA

    Any progress on this?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
