Nighthawk R7800 does not show bandwith or set devices to low medium- high even after apply?

Arrg, I cannot see bandwith on any device under attached devices. I cannot set priority low, led, high for any device either. Under the Qos, I cannot update the data it is dated back to 2017? It keeps failing to download to update it.

Please assist
