Nighthawk R7800
I was trying to update the firmware for my router but kept getting a couldn't connect to the internet error so did a hard reset but now Netgear is showing as wifi but not connecting to the internet at all.
Any suggestions please?

What modem/gateway/ONT sits between the R7800 and the Internet?
What is "showing as wifi but not connecting to the internet".

There's only a Foxtel box and the Nighthawk router.
All our devices are showing as ' connected without internet'
