Nighthawk R8000P NTP Server

Question

I have&nbsp; a Netgear Nighthawk R8000P Router with Firmware Version V1.4.3.88_1.3.50.&nbsp;I am unable to adjust the NTP settings.&nbsp; Keeps defaulting to International Date Line West.&nbsp;I have pinged time.google.com and i get the results so the port is open.&nbsp;Any suggestions to fix this?

What browswer are you using to log into the routers web page? Same thing happen with MS Edge or Firefox?&nbsp;

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
&nbsp;
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Hello.&nbsp; I am using both Edge and Chrome.&nbsp; Neither one will permit me to change the NTP setting or server location.&nbsp;I am using Frontier Fiber and their modem is locked in a box in the garage.&nbsp; Please note that I have never had a problem with this before.&nbsp; I have even unplugged&nbsp; their modem to reset it.&nbsp;Long story short, I was experiencing lagging delays and slow internet speeds. So I went ahead and did a complete reset of my Netgear router and was able to set everything up like I had before with the exception of the NTP issue.&nbsp; That is the only issue now is to set the NTP.&nbsp;Thank you.

You happen to try a factory reset and setup from scratch and try changing the NTP value with the router disconnected from the ONT?&nbsp;

Did a restore and started from scratch with manual entries. Tried to set time. Will not work. Disconnected from modem and tried again. States it cannot set time because it is not connected to the internet. Double check computer and was able to set time to NTP server. So the port for NTP is open. Router will not connect. Must be the firmware not letting it connect. Just about done with Netgear.
