Nighthawk Router Giving 400 Bad Request
Hi, I upgraded the firmware and thought nothing of it. A few weeks later I tried to login from a computer hardwired connected to the router and received first an ad for the Nighthawk App, and a link to use if you did not want to use the app. I followed the link and received a 400 error Bad Request. I then tried to use the app and it didn’t accept my password. I have tried 3 different browsers from the hardwired computer, all giving the same 400 error. Any suggestions?

Did you reset the router to factory settings after the firmware flash?
New firmware sometimes introduces changes that are not compatible with the old configuration. So a factory reset is the first thing to try if you have problems with new firmware.
What NG router model do you have?
