NightHawk x6 AC3200 Connected to Spectrum Router not working properly
I recently setup my NightHawk X6 AC3200 router behind the Spectrum router and it does not seem to be working properly. The cable is from a LAN port on the Spectrum to the WAN port on the NightHawk. I can connect to the NightHawk but it drops and I cannot logon to the router.
Any suggestions?

- microchip8MasterYou're connecting router after router. Bad idea!! You're making a double NAT situation that really should be avoided.
Either put the Spectrum router in Bridge Mode or put the Nighthawk in Access Point mode. You should only have 1 router doing the work, not multiple ones.

Which one?
AC3200 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
microchip8 has already pointed to the probable cause of your problems, but if you need more help check the appropriate section for your hardware
On the Nat thing, try this:
