Nighthawk X6 R7850 Dropping Some Wireless Connections
I've been using the Nighthawk X6 R7850 AC3200 router for more than 1 year now. Until very recently, my network connections have been very stable., rarely required a reboot. I'm currently running the latest firmware V1.0.5.76_10.1.82. For the last several weeks, I've had to reboot my router at least once per day since updating to this firmware version. My iPhones, iPad and HP laptop connected to the same or other channels on the router, will show they are still connected to the wireless router, but no longer have access to the Internet.
I know I am not completely losing my connection to the Internet as my work computer connected to VPN and TVs (Roku and Amazon Firestick) almost never drop their connection to the Internet. I can continue to stream content via the TVs and my work laptop never loses it's connection (Dell laptop with VPN connection via the same wireless router on same channel or other channels as other devices with no connection).
A reboot of the router resolves the issue for all devices. My VPN is generally able to reconnect as soon as the wireless comes back online without requiring me to log back in.
My Internet connection is via cable (Atlantic Broadband). I cannot recall the last time I lost connection to the Internet without a total power loss. My cable modem is Netgear CM1000v2.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (So far I've tried downloading the firmware to my laptop and reloading it to the router manually.)

Do you have IPv6 enabled? If not, try enabling it and rebooting the device.

I do not have IPv6 enabled. I did find the setting after some searching but there were a bunch of options. Any one in particular you would recommend? I'm going to try the first option, Auto-Detect, and see if that helps. Again I appreciate the help.
Thank you!
