Nighthawk X6 R8000 2.4 GHz Wifi with Firmware Version V1.0.4.84_10.1.84 not connect

I have router Nighthawk X6 R8000 with Firmware Version V1.0.4.84_10.1.84 where the SIID 2.4 GHz Wifi is visible on my devices but not connect and repeatdly ask for password.  The password is the same configured but try connected for one seconds and then ask for password.

What is the problem? What I need to configure?

    Did something change on it other than this? (like a firmware update)

    Have you tried a reboot? 

    Or factory reset?
