I can't think of any reason it being grayed out. The only solution I can provide is to do a factory reset and enter settings manually. Something seems to disable it but I do not have enough information to say what
Already done a reset, still greyed off. Everything else works fine. Just don't know why this feature is somehow disabled and greyed off.

Hi Lucky-Me,
Searay is correct. The device is on AP mode that is why you do not have an option to uncheck it. When device is configured as an AP mode, the Guest networks same as the main network since it is no longer the DHCP server.
