what is the firmware version of the router? Make sure to update.
I recently bought X6 R8000 latest model. I configured it. There are few laptops connected through wireless, 1 printer is connected through Wired, and 1 NAS drive connected through Wired to this router.
Problem I am having is:
When my Windows laptop is connected through Wireless, I cannot print anything. I did following troubleshooting while my Windows laptop is connected through wireless:
1. Laptop can ping to printer successfully.
2. Printer can connect to router.
3. When laptop and printer both are connected through ethernet wire - Laptop can send print to printer and print pages.
4. When laptop is connected through wireless, laptop cannot see printer as online and cannot print.
Configuration of printer:
FujiXerox DocuCentre SC2020
Laptop
Asus - Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Any help will be appreciated
