No internet access after enabling parental controls

I have setup the parental controls on my router from my computer, when it is enabled I don't have internet access on that computer every other computer, phone or tablet works. I have the bypass account enabled.

I have already flushed the DNS cach on my computer and also the browsing history is clean with no results

In the account screen the default account is set to none filtering and also the bypass account is set to none filtering, There are no timeslots enabled.

Anyone have a suggestion how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance

    Thank you for your reply,

    I've been a bit frustrated with this problem and decided to switch to a different router brand but that was not really a success, I hooked up my router again yesterday and wanted to give it an other shot

    At first I had the same problem, enabling LPC and no Internet connection on my computer, every other computer and device works fine btw.

    So I started to check what is the difference between my computer and an other one, both have the same windows version. Then I realised that I (long time ago) entered an different DNS server address in my adapter settings, so I changed it to default again and everything works fine again

    Hope this might help someone else as well

    Hi Stelpie,

     

    1. What is the OS version of your computer?

    2. Can you ping websites on that computer even if LPC is enabled but no filtering level?

    3. What is the firmware version of the router?
