nO INTERNET CONNECTION RAM20
i'M CONNECTED TO WI-FI BUT MY ROUTER SAYS NO WI-FI CONNECTION

Please don't yell, we can hear you just fine.
RAM20 isn't a valid model #. Are you referring to a RAX20?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

How is it telling you that?
On their own. routers don't have a way to communicate with you. You must be using something else. A mobile app?
