One of my laptops can't see my 5G connection.
My AC2000 wifi router comes with two WPA2 connections. We have five laptops that are able to access both connections. The first connection is factory named Netgear
70, and the second is Netgear70 - 5G. Netgear 70 keeps dropping, so we use the more stable Netgear70 -5G connection instead. However, our sixth laptop is only able to access Netgear70 which is unrealiable because it keeps dropping. So, I'm trying to connect to Netgear70 - 5G, but I can't find that connection in Network and Internet Settings, under Show Available Networks in the list of available networks. I see our neighbors connections and our Netgear70, but not Netgear70 - 5G.

Your Netgear 70 connection is on the 2.4 GHz band and your Netgear 70_5G connection is on the 5 GHz band.
Is your Wi-Fi radio and hardware on your 6th laptop capable of connecting to the 5 GHz band? Usually when the 5 GHz SSID's don't show up in the connections list, it is because the hardware is not capable to connecting to the 5 GHz band.

AC2000 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number. My guess is R6850 although it could be the WAC124 access point.
However, our sixth laptop is only able to access Netgear70 which is unrealiable because it keeps dropping. What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
