so now i'm able to connect, but i cant forward vpn connection in our office, also i can't ping from remote network my local machines is there any solution ?

What do you mean you cannot forward VPN in your office?
Can you provide a network diagram?
If you're unable to ping, check for any firewalls.

ElaineM here is my pic.
VM machine is my openvpn client and i'm successfully connected to office2.
My machines pc1,pc2,pc3 unable to access network 192.168.100.0/24 through VM.
i added route to my pc's 192.168.100.0 gw 192.168.80.81
net.ipv4.forwarding = 1
any ideas ?

The problem lies now on the the VM configuration.
It might be possible that there's a NAT or any firewall of some kind that might be preventing it.
You may want to check the manual of your VM or their community as well.
