Part Identification

Hi all, I have a random Netgear part here, and I think it is a stand of some type. Googling the part number was no help perhaps someone here can identify it. It is black, about 12 inches long (stop giggling) and 2 inches wide ( I said stop giggling) and has a gray push button type clip at the end. The only markings on it are NETGEAR 280-12294-01 REV 04 >PC< M1/CAV2. Any one got any ideas? I have included a photo. TIA

    Looks like some back mounting or underneath mounting bracket of some sorts. I have never this this part before. 

     

    Don't know where or what this came with?

      I do not. I did have a Nighthawk of some model years ago that belonged to a friend that somehow bricked during a firmware update. I tried to resurrect it and honestly its been so long I cant remember what model it was much less what it looked like.
