Please help

Hello I need help involving some doSs attacks and ACK scans. Im not sure on what I can do , im not sure if i am being attacked so i need help to find out if i am please. My 90 day thing has been up for a while now so this is all i got. I called my internet provider and they said they cant do anything about it. It sends the logs to my router settings and it has been happening every day for a while now. My internet does get slow at times and sometimes even goes without internet. I dont want to use a VPN because it will make my speeds slower and thats not what i want. I want to solve this and stop this person from attacking me or whatever is going on. Please help me as soon as possible much appreciated im out of ideas on what to do.

    Whos your ISP?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What NG product are you referring too?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Is this because you see reports in the router's logs?

Netgear's firmware is great at creating false reports of DoS attacks. Many of them are no such thing.

Search - NETGEAR Communities – DoS attacks

Use Whois.net to see who is behind some of them and you may find that they are from places like Facebook, Google, even your ISP.

Here is a useful tool for that task:

IPNetInfo: Retrieve IP Address Information from WHOIS servers

If these events are slowing down your router, that may be because it is using up processor time as it writes the events to your logs. Anything that uses processor power – event logging, QoS management, traffic metering – may cause slowdowns. Disable logging of DoS attacks and see if that reduces the problem. This does not prevent the router from protecting you from the outside world.
