Plex Updates
its outdated when trying to acess it.

The R9000 has been EOL for a while now. Doubtful you'll see any updates to plex on it.
Can give Voxels FW a try. Not sure if he updates Plex though. He keeps the backend packages updated.
Voxel last updated Plex to 1.22.3 in November, 2021.
I'd pickup a cheap office mini pc that has intel quicksync. Runs plex great and supports transcoding. A much better option and you can do updates plus run other things if interested.
