Privacy separator on a C3000-100NAS

I have a Epson WF-4833 printer that I am trying to connect to my laptop (Win10).  The install app states printer cannot connect to the laptop.  I need to disable the privacy separator (see attached).  I don't see one when I looked throughout the settings in the router. 

 

Does anyone have any idea as to how I might resolve this issue?

    did you connect the printer to the router via wireless? 

    Or did you hardwire it in?

      Wireless.  I was following the instructions via the app.
