R 8300 Firmware update
I tried many times to update firmware, it always failed. I need help. I have tried some fix’s on forum, to no avail

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What browser are you using?
Wired or wireless when updateing FW?
Be sure your unpacking .zip files if you manually download the files from NG download site.
How are you attempting the update?
what process are you using?
Where is it failing in the process?
Have you tried manually updating/

There was no answer the last time someone asked molson2 those questions:

Maybe they were, quite understandably, put off by the response they received there.
