Nothing usual about those URLs. 187.162.x.x are public IP addresses belonging to a Mexican ISP - they are not addresses you can use to access the router from the LAN. Did you try http://www.routerlogin.net ?

Thanks for the reply, I do not own a smart phone and my chromebook cannot run the night hawk app. I clear the browser cache regularly.

No need for the nighthawk app. Try entering http://www.routerlogin.net in your chromebook browser.

I have been to that site several times before seeing this. I am unable to find where I am supposed to be able to get into my routers settings so I can install the latest firmware.

That should take you directly to the router web ui. If you aren't seeing that behavior, try browsing directly to the router's LAN IP address. That normally defaults to 192.168.1.1, but there are situations where it will be a different IP (for example, if the router is behind a gateway).
