Are there instructions for setting up my R6080 as a second router?

       That might depend on exactly what "as a second router" means to you.
    "second" to what?  Why?  One possibility:

       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read.  Look for
    "Use the Router as a WiFi Access Point Only".
