Hello all,

TFTP2.exe - not working.

TFTPD64.exe - not working

NMRPFLASH - notworking

my router is in bootloop (restarts loop) .doesnt assign ip.

I have tried serial communication which gives SERCOMM> teminal after pressing Ctrl+c.

but nothing works. i have manually set ip in ip4 coinfig.

by pressing the reset swtich fro 30 sec my router goes to download mode(it is shown in serial terminal as DOWNLOAD MODE) blinking internet and wifi led alternately.

Please those who have successfully unbricked their routers .Please help me!!!

kindly provide setwise solution.
Thanks in advance .God bless u

  • Problem is solveD in macOS (nmrpflash).

I dont know why i had issues in Ubuntu linux as well as in Windows 10, even after installing npcap and other linux lib.

    How i solved :

1 > set manual ip to 192.168.1.10 and default gateway to 192.168.1.1

2> open termial , set sudo su and download binary for nmrpflash.

3>downloaded stable firmware 1.1.0.86 from netgear.

4>copied all files to a folder CC in home directory

5> connect ethernet cable and power adater to router and pc (but dont turn on router)

    6> run usin X/nmrpflash -i en -f /Users/Paras/CC/r6220.img

7> now quickly  turn on the router

    Volila ! Problem solved .

    Hope this helps you ALL.
