R6400v2 - continually cycling off

Purchased in Jan 2020 a Netgear R6400v2 router.  For the past month it has started powering off and rebooting.  We thought it was the internet and had that checked out.  The past 2 days it is a LOT worse and won't stay powered.  Have updated the firmware but it's still not helping.

    How frequently is it happening? 

    How long does it stay off? 

    What firmware version are you on? The latest isnt always the greatest.

    Have you tried a simple factory reset and clean install (not from backup)?
