R6400v2 firmware check error
When attempting to update firmware I get a message the the firmware check had an error. I select try again, but get the same error.
Current firmware is V1.0.106_10.0.80

Same problem on 1/21/2022 Since netgear has not provided any advice, I guess they have no solution....rebooted the router and WIFI, did not make a difference.
One can manually update FW as well by checking NG download site for updates and manually installing:
