r6700 amber light smart tv

I just purchased this router and have 3 units hardwired into it. My pc, ps4 and my new Amazon fire Tv. Its an actual smart tv not tbe box or stick. The corresponding lights show white for the pc and ps4, but amber for the tv connection. I gather that the amber light means a slow speed. The t.v. specs show the ethernet adapter supports 10/100/1000 mbps. Shouldnt this make the light white? Any help would be appreciated
  • Hi Xaxinian,

Check the ethernet cable if it supports Gigabit.

    Change ports.

Connect the PC to the port that shows amber if it is amber.

If the port, whatever port the TV is connected, still shows amber, you need to check with the TV to make sure the port is on Gigabit mode.
