R6700 Download Speed stuck around 90mb

Hello all,

 

So I am using an Arris SurfBoard SB6183 connected to my new Nighthawk R6700. I'm supposed to be getting 200/20, but it is stuck at just under 90mb download speed. The upload is fine. The fw version is V1.0.2.60_10.0.44. 

 

I've tested the modem by connecting it directly to my laptop, and I get the correct speeds, which leads me to think that it is not a modem issue. 

I keep reading that it might be QoS On, but it is actually Off...

 

Edit: I also connected using ethernet port from the router and the speeds are also correct.
