I get the following message while trying to perform the version 1.0.1.48_10.0.046 upgrade ' unknown error: 109'. I log on to my router and click the purple 'upgrade availble ' button, the file successfully downloads > I click the 'yes' button on the bottom and after a few seconds the error message is displayed. This repeats numberous times. Thanks

The manual update process worked. Thank you very much for your help. Previously is connected through a hardware connection using a MOCA network. I'm surprised that it makes a difference. Thanks Again Drknute

Is the device connected wired or wireless?

Have you tried a different browser?

You may also manually update the firmware of the router. Here's a reference link: https://kb.netgear.com/23960/
