R6700v3 - Can't Log into Router

I'm at my wits end! I can't log into my router.

 

I took several hours on many days to do the following:

 

- I have the NightHawk app and used to go into it easily. Now it rarely finds connection to my router (even though I have internet) and when it does find my router, it gets stuck on the login page. I can't enter admin and password because it gets suck and says "timeout" session.

 

- Connects to wireless 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz, go to routerlogin.net or routerlogin.com. It just redirects me to a page that says I'm not connected to the router and need to get the NightHawk app.

 

- Connects to ethernet cable of my router. Routerlogin.net or routerlogin.com gets stuck and never loads.

 

- Use my default IP address. Also gets stuck and never loads.

 

- Used another computer following the same steps above. It doesn't work.

 

- Reset my router. Do the same steps as above. No dice.

 

Please help me in any way possible.

    what actual modem/gateway do you have it connected to? 

    Is the router working fine otherwise?

      It’s connected to CM600.

      The router is generally working fine, in the broadest statement. At times throughout the hours, it could very slow or no internet.

      But what I want to do is to access the router to enable the internet for my printer. But cannot in anyway access the router.

        Did you try a simple factory reset of the router? And then do a new install on it?
