R6700V3 phone wont connect to wifi but Amazon echos stay connected.

So has you can see my firmware is up to date. I have nothing in my logs that tell me the problem. Sometimes when I try to connect to wifi with my phone it says it cant connect. My wifes phone does the same thing. My Amazon Echos that are always connected still are connected and they work. Sometimes when this happens I lose my Wired network too but here lately it has been fine. When this happens when this happens my computer which is hard wired to my in house network cant connect to the Admin Console of the router. I can ping the router and it works just fine. I have no clue whats going on. Will a factory reset help??? I only at most have like 11 things connected at once and that includes wired devices. My router does say with the leds that everything is working as it should. I have turned my phone on and off when it happens. The only fix that works it unplugging the router and rebooting it.
