R6700v3 went to reset now makes weird noise and lights aren’t on

Question

So more detail went to reset cause the wifi went out and when I went to plug it back in it started whirring noises slightly as I plugged it in then when turned on got louder lights flash I tally when turned on but other than that nothing

Try 30-30-30 reset on the router?&nbsp;
If this fails, time to get something new.&nbsp;
