R6900 says no Internet but extender does
This just started this morning. I cannot connect to the R6900 (same as 7000) with WiFi nor CAT5. Says no Internet; however, the extender that is connected to the exact same SSID from the router is fu...

Power Off the modem and press the reset button in back of the router for 15 seconds then release. Power ON the modem. Give 2 minutes then with your hard wired PC connected, see if your web browser can start the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1

The modem is a CM1100. Side note, all the devices that won't connect were turned off last night. So, it is new connections that can't see the router. The extender runs 24/7, so it had a previously established connection.
