R7000 - Ugraded my firmware to V 1.0.11.126 and now my 5GHz signal drops!
I just updated the firmware for my router last weekend and now I'm finding that my 5GHz signal is dropping randomly. It's very annoying and there's no reason. Everything has worked just fine for years and for some reason I'm having issues after this latest firmware update.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? It would be great to resolve the problem so that movies don't suddenly stop streaming after 30 mins.

did you try a simple factory reset and reinstall?
the R7000 has been a problem router for firmware updates. After updates, its responded favorably to factory resets.
if that doesn't help, you can downgrade the firmware to the prior version you were on.
Factory reset seems to have helped so far. Thank you for the suggestion.
