R7000 & RCloud app after migrating to mynetgear account

Hello, After migrating to Mynetgear account the app - RCLOUD is useless. Can't find any folders, can't back up ... the only thing it can see is the router R7000 and that's it. Any suggestions ? Tha...

Before the "upgrade" to Mynetgear I was using RCloud app to backup the pictures/videos on four iphones and three laptops to Seagate Backup Plus 5TB drive connected to my router R7000. Then using Kwilt app we were able to see all the pictures - 31,000+... Not anymore, see the picture - can't find the drive...Any suggestions ?

    1,- R7000 with V1.0.7.6_1.1.99;
    2,- iphone 6S with iOS 10.2, and Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android 6.0.1;
    3,- Yes, I can access the drive via readycloud.mynetgear.com.
