R7000 & RCloud app after migrating to mynetgear account

Hello, After migrating to Mynetgear account the app - RCLOUD is useless. Can't find any folders, can't back up ... the only thing it can see is the router R7000 and that's it. Any suggestions ? Tha...

    I did the factory reset of the router and everything works great as before:smileyhappy:

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. What is the OS version of your smart phone?

3. Can you access the drive via readycloud.netgear.com?
