Any brand of WiFi access point will connect to the R7000 over 200' of Ethernet cable and provide service to both WiFi and Ethernet devices inside the workshop.
Cat5 cable may support only a 100Mbps connection over 200' of Cat5 cable. (You will know when devices are connected.) Cat5e or Cat6 cable supports higher speed (gigabit). Although Ethernet cable is relatively inexpensive, replacing the existing cable might be impractical.
