r7000 nighthawk router wifi not broadcasting

Hey all,

I just installed a new modem (Surfboard SB6183) and activated it with my ISP.  The router has an active wired ethernet connection as that is what I'm using to post this message.  For some reason the wifi is not broadcasting a signal.  It was broadcasting a signal yesterday when my old modem was still working.  I have logged into my router settings and nothing has changed there, and the status is showing as a red "X" next to both the 2.4 and 5.0 GHz signals.

The wireless AP and Broadcast Name for the 2.4GHz signal are both "On."  I have tried going through the router setup wizard again and that didn't fix my issue.  Any suggestions on how to get wifi back up and running?  Thanks in advance!

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.  Look for "Top and Front
Panels" and "Table 1. LED and button descriptions".

What do the LED indicators indicate?  Did you press the "WiFi On/Off
    button with LED"?

If you get desperate, then look in the User Manual for "Factory
    Settings".

Thanks, I went ahead and did the factory reset and the wifi booted back on.
