R7000 security settings keep being requested

Question

I have 4 Netgear R7000 routers at different locations. I just updated one of them to the latest firmware version (1.0.12.216) and am having an issue I don't have with any of the others. When logging into the router's configuration page, I keep getting the first time setup security page:

Select Password:

Select Question 1:

Select Question 2:

Any idea why it goes strait to this page instead of the main menu (after I enter these values that I've entered several times previously)?

Possible something got messed up on the FW update. Best to reset the router and setup from scratch and during the setup wizard, input those security values. Be sure to write down this important information for safe keeping should something happen.&nbsp;

Thanks.&nbsp; I've reset the router a couple of times already and gone through the process again but it's still doing the same thing (?)

What browser are you using? Happens with a different browser? Try Firefox, MS Edge or Opera?&nbsp;
Be sure to clear out all browser caches and any saved PW profiles with in the browser as well.&nbsp;

Good idea.&nbsp; I'll try Edge and clear out the caches.

Nope, clearing the cache and using Edge didn't help. May not matter but the firmware update didn't proceed automatically from the configuration page - I had to download the firmware file first and update manually.
