Jul 05, 2016you have to select a security BEFORE the option to change password is available If "none" is selected then no password option is available.
If this is not the case then reset to factory defaults

I did choose both WPA and WPA2, but there is nothing appearing to be able to input a password. :(
Having to reset all my configuration just to change the password seems very odd. :( This is one of the most basic settings of a router.

I've tried every setting I can think of and cannot recreate your problem. I'm guessing your router FW and or config is corrupt and would suggest a reset to factory defaults, do not use a saved config file. I would also reset the Browsers to default and clear their cache.
If same after....reload FW and use different PC to setup. If using using Genie APP Don't!
