Question

WHen I go to my Nighthawk App and look at the Device MAnager, it only shows one connected which appears to be the router it self, based on the IP.

It used show 13 connections.

I do have service with many devices but concerned that something is wrong.

What modem/gateway is it connected to?&nbsp;

have you tried installing the latest 1.0.11.128 firmware, then doing a factory reset/reinstall?

when I search for Firmware in the app, the one you mention is not available, just the one I have.&nbsp;How do I do the&nbsp; factory reset?&nbsp;

To factory reset, put and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.&nbsp;
