R7450 speedtest slower than modem @800+MBPS vs 360MBPS

I am running a CM1200 cable modem on a gig plan averaging 800+MBPS and the R7450 speed test is showing 300MBPS range. I have a CAT8 cable running between router and modem, traffic meter is disabled.

    Which speedtest is that?

     

    Best try a standalone app on a hard wired connection. Everything else has stuff that gets in the way.

    Just another user with time on their hands.

    Factory reset and reinstall (not from a backup)

    During the install leave qos, access control, parental controls, and traffic monitoring all disabled. 

    then test with a hardwired device with the test hosted on the hardwired device (which device did you test with)
