R7500 maximum file size corrupting backup drive
I purchased a R7500 recently to use with Apple Time Machine; only after I bought it did I find the FAQ stating it only supports files under 500 GB :smileyindifferent:. I have a computer whose backup...
I've since contacted support and they were as helpful as you might expect. :smileyfrustrated: But they did confirm the file size limit with no ETA on a fix. This is frankly a critical bug and renders Time Machine support (a feature they adversise all over the site) useless. Not impressed and it will be going back.
If this is important to you I woiuld return it. Or contact support.
