- With the router plugged in and powered on, depress the reset button for 30 seconds.
- While still holding down the button, unplug the router from its power source for another 30 seconds.
- With the reset button still held down, turn the power back on and hold for another 30 seconds.
Hello StephenB , the answer is nothing happens. It behaves like with a normal reset. The LED of the ports are working normaly and the power LED blinks slowly no other lights are ON and everything is blocked, internet access etc. And I can't access to the routerlogin page. However the most intriguing issue to me is the change of the password over the browser.. any idea on how this can happen?

Thanks I will try. However I updated the firmware about 1 month ago and I don't think this model has got any new version.
