R8000 firmware upgrade

The latest R8000 firmware upgrade states that iTunes Server is not supported. How does that affect iTunes?

    No, it usually hosts on the pc/laptop its installed on. Unless you specifically set it up for a server to run on the router

    if your not using itunes server off the router, it doesn't. 

    If you are, then don't upgrade.

      I use iTunes for backing up/syncing my iPhone. Does iTunes use the iTunes server on the router?
